We are writing to notify you of a federal court order entered on July 14, 2026 in the US District Court for the Central District of California that directly impacts your marketing and sales activities for OlyLife products.
 
Effective immediately, you are required to cease all use of the following in connection with the marketing or sale of OlyLife products:
 

• Any reference to the Olympic Games or the Olympic Movement.
• The Olympic Rings symbol.
• The words “Olympic” or “Olympiad,” or any combination or simulation of those words.
• Any trademark, trade name, sign, symbol, slogan, or insignia suggesting an association with, or authorization by, the International Olympic Committee, the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, or the Olympics generally.
• The phrases “Champion’s Choice,” “Athlete’s Choice,” or any similar language suggesting OlyLife’s association with the Olympics or Olympic entities.
   
  Required Actions:

• Immediately remove all Olympic-related imagery, symbols, and language from your websites, social media accounts, marketing materials, product listings, advertisements, packaging, and any other customer-facing content related to OlyLife products.
• Do not create, publish, or distribute any new content containing the references listed above.
• Confirm in writing to admin@ olylifeintl.com by Monday, July 20 that you have completed removal of all noncompliant materials.
   
  Consequences of Non-Compliance:
  Please be advised that under the terms of the Court’s order, we are required to monitor your compliance and take action if you fail to remove noncompliant materials. Failure to comply will result in termination of your distributor agreement with OlyLife.
   
  This is not optional. The court’s order carries the force of law, and non-compliance may expose both you and OlyLife to serious legal consequences, including contempt of court.
